Art. 1 Definition of the Parties:<\/b><\/p>\n

This contract is stipulated between the Customer indicated in the order form,
\n(hereinafter simply referred to as the \"Customer\"),
\n<\/span>and the company <\/span>Corso's Olive Oil S.r.o<\/b>, P\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e1 1892\/4, Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, 110 00 Praha 1.
\nIC: 19583958 (hereinafter simply referred to as \"Corso's Olive Oil S.r.o\"). <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\nArt. 2 Object of the Contract:<\/b><\/p>\n

The object of the contract is the sale of goods online through the website https:\/\/corsosoliveoil.com<\/a> managed by Corso's Olive Oil S.r.o (Company ID: 19583958<\/strong>), as governed by laws governing electronic commerce. <\/span>
\n<\/span>The description of the individual goods is contained in the explanatory sheets which form an integral part of these conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\nArt. 3 Orders and Prices:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Customers can purchase goods by electronically sending the order form. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Payment can be made through Bank Transfer confirmed via email, and PayU for Card and Online Banking solutions. <\/span>
\n<\/span>All prices are indicated in CZK (Czech Crowns).<\/span><\/p>\n


\nArt. 4 Shipping and Delivery:<\/b><\/p>\n

Shipping and delivery will be processed in the order in which confirmed and paid orders are received.
\nOrders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours<\/strong> by our team after the payment is confirmed.
\nDelivery to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form will take place via packeta.com (Zasilkovna S.r.o).
\nThe Client can expect to receive their order within 1 - 3 business days<\/strong> after the payment has been confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nArt. 5 Personal Data<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal data can be viewed and modified at any time. The data may be communicated to third parties strictly connected to the operation of the service, such as payment processing and shipment. <\/span>

\nArt. 6 Advertising Messages:<\/b><\/p>\n

Corso's Olive Oil S.r.o will not send commercial and promotional information without the prior and express consent of the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consent Approval is possible by ticking the Processing of Personal Data during the Checkout of the Orders.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\nArt. 7 Right of Withdrawal:<\/b><\/p>\n

Customers can return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nArt. 9 Resolution:<\/b><\/p>\n

In the event of non-fulfillment (violation of the Terms and Conditions) by the Customer, Corso's Olive Oil S.r.o reserves the right to terminate this contract with simple written communication. <\/span><\/p>\n

Art. 10 Force Majeure:<\/b><\/p>\n

Events of force majeure may defer the fulfillment of the contract.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Art. 11 Transfer of Rights and Duties:<\/b><\/p>\n

Neither party may transfer rights and obligations under this agreement to any third party without prior written approval, this has to be handled with a specific request to info@corsosoliveoil.com.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Art. 12 Jurisdiction and Competent Court:<\/b><\/p>\n
